With a solid executive background in the financial, retail, technology, and services sectors, he has accumulated experience in business leadership, operations expansion, team management, and organizational transformation. Before joining public administration, he was the founder and CEO of Conlife, a fintech company created to develop solutions for corporate benefits, payment methods, financial services, and receivables financing.

He also worked for almost a decade at Grupo Farma Conde, where he assumed the executive presidency and led a cycle of strong growth, contributing to the expansion of the network from approximately 90 to almost 350 units and to the consolidation of a more robust corporate governance structure.

His career also includes stints at nationally and internationally renowned financial institutions such as Banco do Brasil, Citi, and Banco Safra, where he developed expertise in commercial management, corporate relations, and business development.

As head of the Secretariat for Innovation and Economic Development, he works to increase the competitiveness of São José dos Campos, strengthen strategic sectors, encourage entrepreneurship, promote innovation, and consolidate the municipality as one of the main technology, industry, research, and investment hubs in Brazil. His vision is aligned with the city's potential to become a national and international benchmark in technology, sustainability, and economic development.
